Common questions
Can I enrol if I'm not a NZ citizen or resident?
Eligibility for funded primary care depends on your visa and residency status. We’ll help you check eligibility when you enquire — casual rates apply if you’re not eligible for public funding.
How long does enrolment take?
The online form takes under 5 minutes. Processing takes 7–14 working days, after which you’ll receive a confirmation email and can book your first appointment.
Can I book an urgent appointment while my enrolment is being processed?
We don’t take urgent appointments for newly enrolled patients during processing. For urgent care, we recommend Botany Accident & Medical (09 277 1516) or Healthline 0800 611 116.
Do you offer telehealth / online GP appointments?
Yes. Enrolled patients can book video consultations via our online system. After hours, CareHQ is available 7am–10pm daily through your MyIndici patient portal.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Our team includes doctors with connections to Pacific, South Asian, and South African communities. Please contact us to discuss language needs — we want every patient to feel understood.
