We run free community workshops on diabetes management, anxiety and stress, nutrition, mindfulness, respiratory health in children, and eczema management. Topics rotate seasonally based on community need.
Are the workshops free to attend?
Yes. All our education sessions are free for enrolled patients. We partner with organisations like ProCare, Fresh Minds, and Pacific Heartbeat NZ to deliver quality content.
How do I get notified about upcoming workshops?
Follow our Facebook page at Health Hub Papatoetoe, or contact the clinic to ask when the next session is scheduled.
