Video consultations from home via MyIndici, plus after-hours CareHQ (7am–10pm daily)

Well child checks, immunisations, free GP visits for under-13s, and family care

Long-term management for diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions, and more

Minor procedures

Skin lesion removal, mole checks, ingrown toenail surgery, and ACC-covered injury care

Papatoetoe Family Doctors is a licensed NZ general practice registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand. We do not sell or dispense prescription medications online. All prescriptions are issued by our registered medical practitioners during consultations only, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1981. For medical emergencies, call 111.

We do not take urgent appointment for newly enrolled patients at the moment.

You will receive a notification email once your enrolment has been processed successfully.

New Patient Enrolment – Holiday Notice

Due to the New Year holiday period, new patient enrolments are temporarily on hold.

Enrolment processing will resume after we reopen. Once processing restarts, it may take 7–14 working days to complete.
