JUL 2024 – Anxiety workshop session, we discussed what anxiety is and how to manage it. We talked about how the body reacts to anxiety and shared tips like exercising, creating personal space, and being mindful of our thoughts and emotions.
FEB 2024 – The first round of our Education Sessions 2024 has been successfully kicked off with the help of Tampy and Gabe from Pacific Heartbeat NZ at Heart Foundation NZ. Thank you, Tampy and Gabe, for the informative and fun session you provided us!
NOV 2023 – Our last education session for year 2023. One key takeaway from the session is that finding what works best for you in managing your health and involving your healthcare provider and family in the journey is crucial.

FEB 2023 – One of the highlights from our kick-off night was seeing other family members from the first cohort join this programme because the lessons and experience “has changed their family for the better” …and now they want it for themselves.

AUG 2022 – This programme aims to support people living with Type 2 diabetes and their whānau by providing a FREE service valued at $1,000, combining health coaching and nutrition therapy.
