We run free community workshops on diabetes management, anxiety and stress, nutrition, mindfulness, respiratory health in children, and eczema management. Topics rotate seasonally based on community need.
Yes. All our education sessions are free for enrolled patients. We partner with organizations like ProCare, Fresh Minds, and Pacific Heartbeat NZ to deliver quality content.

Yes. These are community sessions designed to benefit entire families. Whānau involvement is encouraged, especially in programs like Beat Diabetes Together and nutrition courses.
